MEAN TWEETS

AN AWFUL DREAM

It was Twenty Twenty Three

And I’d had plenty of sleep.

Woke up from a somber dream

“Ain’t no joke. You must be woke.”

Guess I don’t know what that means

My life went up in smoke

Cuz only they could post mean tweets

Did something hit me on the head?

Nothing’s quite the way it seems

Are God and Epstein really dead

Or was that just an awful dream?”

The zombies cried “We got ‘em."

The zombies and the witch

Like a scene from the gates of Sodom

They played fatal politics

The media was reading from

The very self-same scripts

The calendar up on the wall

Read January sixth

“Zero cases are the target.

Stay calm. Don’t pitch a fit.”

Dined at the French Market

Those zombie hypocrites

Fast forward to Wisconsin

Far from the gates of Hell

A guy named Kyle facing trial

For tryin’ to save himself

Barrack brought us lots of drama

Biden just made us frightened

Their regimes were far from Nirvana

But at least we’ve been enlightened

We went from blessed to cursed

From best to worst

Went postal and berserk

When COVID hit - put most of us out of work

But talk is cheap and the swamp runs deep

So the wolves dressed up like zombie sheep

They told us we needed to give up our guns

The FED was bleedin’, runnin’ out of funds

Our borders are open, our defenses are down

The cartels are hopin’ we’ll get out of town

Bodies are floatin’ can’t swim so they drown

Just make sure to use their chosen pronouns

We’ve already spent more than we’ve got

Need to repent n stop defunding the cops

Stop pushing masks and untested shots

Do it fast and start connecting the dots

“Ain’t no joke. You must be woke

Now we know just what that means

Our lives went up in smoke

Cuz only they could post mean tweets

Did something hit me on the head?

Nothing’s quite the way it seems

Are God and Epstein really dead

Or was that just an awful dream?”

An awful dream
