FREEDOM AIN'T FREE

Some are on the right, some on the left Some are on the fence So keep up the fight and hide in the cleft And you'll be calm and blessed Walk in the light as He is in the light Turn from your wrong and repent Walk by faith and not by sight And use some common sense But common sense ain't that common In this mixed up day and age It doesn't take a mage or shaman (to see) We 're fixed on hate and rage Like our Savior, some of us will be  Betrayed by a traitor's kiss Perhaps, like Esther, we were saved  For such a fate as this... What's wrong is right, what's right is wrong It's straight from the abyss God wants to break these chains and bonds And walk daily in our midst It's not by power, it's not by mught But by God's Spirit, take no offense Walk by faith and not by sight And use some common sense

Corruption abounds Mouths bought and sold An eruption rains down Upon ill-gotten gold Prophets for profit To no gods are bound Can't seem to stop it... They coddle the crowd Highjacked by a spirit That spins facts into lies We may be right to fear it It's never quite satisfied  As it was in the days of Noah So shall it be when He returns Don't lose hope, He may soon show up Wood, hay and stubble soon burns  He's coming like a thief in the night The Son of Man will be revealed Deeds done in the dark will see the light  So don your sword and shield  And be ready to fight  With all your zeal The weapons of this war are not carnal But mighty through faith in God To the pulling down of strongholds  So don't think it frightening or odd To speak up, we can no longer be ignored Especially when someone messes with a child It's time to beat our plowshares into swords When evil reveals the sword beneath the smile We need a new beginning as in Genesis We need an Exodus...
