The weeping Christ came before the whipping Christ

The suffering Christ before the punishing Christ

Jesus will not rapture a ruptured Church!

Where are the weeping preachers today?

 

Today we have a sick church in a dying world!

Jeremiah wept over the sin of Israel.

David wept. Paul wept. John wept.

Shall we remain dry-eyed in the most crucial chapter in world history and in our own?

 

The sinners scoff and say of the rich preachers, 

"Their creed is greed and their god is gold."

The money grabbers are back in the temple.

 

Where are the preachers who can hold the hell-bound spell-bound?

I’m not sure that it can be proven that Nero fiddled while Rome burned.

But it can be proven that the Church is fiddling while the world is burning!

 

We’ve already seen what can happen

Add to that plagues and famine

It’s all coming to a head 

Don’t grow impatient

They finally found the red heifer

The third temple is being dedicated

They want us to bow to the United Nations

 

There are more wars and rumors of war

The stage is set for Hunger and Famine

We’ve already seen what can happen

With Plague and Pestilence

Our priorities need to be reexamined

So seek to serve Him with excellence

 

Death and Hades will ride on a steed

But God is still calling us to climb aboard

He will not break a bruised reed

Today is the day to call out to the Lord
